I’m Alexia Georgiou, founder of Your Mom, a multidisciplinary creative consultancy based in Rochester, New York. I think of myself as a creative architect, someone who sees the full picture, connects the pieces, and builds the strategy, systems, and creative to move an idea or business forward.

For 15 years, people have hired me to make their work better than they imagined it could be. I've helped startups grow through acquisition, built brands across dozens of industries, created digital products and experiences, and partnered with clients including CooperVision, Curél, George Washington University, and Crescent Tools.

The feedback I hear most often from clients, founders, and peers is that I push work further than expected. Not for the sake of it. Because I can see where it could go.

That's the thing I can't turn off. I think strategically and see the big picture without losing sight of the details that make work actually land. I'm thinking about the creative, the strategy, the systems behind it, who it's for, and how all of those pieces work together.
